Terms of Service
Before we start, please review these terms to make sure that there won't have any unnecessary misunderstanding. Feel free to ask me if you have any question!

𝜗ৎ Reserve your slot with a 20% deposit (based on the base price).
𝜗ৎ Full payment is required after approving the sketch, in USD via PayPal or in VND via Vietnam e-banking. Payment must be made within 48 hours. If no payment is received after the sketch stage, I may cancel your commission and keep the deposit.𝜗ৎ Minor revisions are possible during the rough/clean sketch stage and after I send you the finished piece. Please note that major changes may incur an extra fee.
𝜗ৎ Commission completion time: within 1–2.5 months.
𝜗ৎ Final artwork will be delivered via a Google Drive folder.
𝜗ৎ Personal use, non-profit printing, and sharing (with credit) are allowed.
𝜗ৎ Commercial use is only permitted if you pay double the agreed price upfront.
𝜗ৎ I retain copyright. You receive a license for the agreed usage.
𝜗ৎ I may use your commission as a portfolio/sample. If you prefer it to remain private, an additional 30% fee applies.
𝜗ৎ Do not edit, modify, or claim my work as your own without my permission.
𝜗ৎ Refund policy:If I do not complete your commission within 1–2.5 months, you will receive a 100% refund (you may not use the unfinished work).If you lose interest, you may cancel before or during the sketch stage and receive a 70% refund (I will charge 30% for the sketch, which you may keep or reuse the idea).No refund will be issued if you cancel during the rendering stage.𝜗ৎ Contact me via any social media links provided in my profile for questions.
